Description
The Kogast ES-T47/1 stove with an oven made in Slovenia is designed for heat treatment of products (boiling, frying, baking) in functional containers, used in catering establishments - cafes, bars, restaurants, fast food, floor version, has 4 square burners that create a continuous work surface, made of food grade stainless steel, 7 positions of the heating regulator provide temperature regulation from 50 to 300 C. The maximum oven temperature is 270 C. The maximum heating time of the burners is 6 minutes, the oven - 15 minutes. The oven is equipped with guides for grates and GN1 / 1 and GN1 / 2 gastronorm containers. Stove 4 - stationary burners (square burners)
