Description
The electric frying surface Fimar FRY1/L is designed for cooking both with and without oil. It is perfect for cooking whole pieces of fish and meat, for frying vegetables. Thanks to the smooth surface, this model can cook dishes in a saucepan, which is simply placed on the frying surface, like on a stove. The body of the Fimar FRY1/L model is made of stainless steel, and in the area of the working area, the food steel is sandblasted. The heating temperature is regulated by thermostats in the range from 50 to 300 °C. To collect excess oil and food waste that occurs during cooking, a removable tray is provided, where the oil flows down an inclined surface. High sides located along the perimeter of the working area protect nearby surfaces from splashes of fat and liquids.
