Technological equipment for the hot and auxiliary shops, as well as a serving line manufactured by Meal System (Italy) and Unis (Czech Republic) have been installed. A new product from Meal System, a salad bar, has been installed in the center of the hall. Two Zanussi combi steamers (Italy) have also been installed in the hot shop.
