The Gel-Matic BC EASY 2 GR Air freezer is designed to fit perfectly into any work environment. With air-cooled condenser, it optimizes the available space. Easy control of each machine function thanks to the color display and intuitive pictograms. The machine will warn you when the mixture level is too low and needs to be topped up, ensuring correct production. There is an ice cream serving counter, allowing you to quickly get an idea of how business is going. There is an automatic cone/cup detection system. The lever automatically returns to its original position after each serving, eliminating the risk of accidentally leaving it open. The refrigerated hopper ensures that the mixture temperature is maintained at 4°C. You can calibrate the temperature readings if they differ from the actual temperature in the hopper. Each machine is equipped with a kit for proper cleaning and disinfection. Thanks to effective thermal conductivity, the mixture cools faster. As a result, the ice cream has a very fine "snowflake" texture, which improves the perception of taste. The shape of the beater has a minimal impact on the ice cream, preserving its structure. Its special shape is designed to improve mixing at the mixing and freezing stage.
