Description
Kogast EZ-40 L Smooth Electric Frying Surface used for frying portioned semi-finished products, dough products (pancakes, fritters) and frying eggs.
The cast iron surface, measuring 393x453 mm, heats up to the required temperature within 50-300°C thanks to a step regulator.
The edge of the frying surface and the drip trays for draining fat are made of stainless steel AiSi 304. Thermal fuses prevent the frying surface from overheating. The working surface is heated by electric heaters located under the working plate.
The frame of the frying surface is made of stainless steel AiSi 304, resistant to external chemical influences.
