Description

The Fimar FRY1/RM gas frying surface is a piece of equipment that no professional kitchen can do without. Fry meat, bake fish or stew vegetables, all this and much more is within the power of this model. You can put pieces of meat directly on the surface, without even greasing it with oil, or you can put pans with food on the heated surface, using the frying surface as an electric stove. The smooth surface is very effective when frying fish and poultry, which it gives a golden brown, delicate crust. Fimar FRY1/RM has the following characteristics:
