The Fimar FRY2/LRM gas frying surface is a piece of professional kitchen equipment, which, due to its high productivity, can support the operation of a large restaurant or fast food establishment. It can be used to cook food both with and without oil. The wide, smooth frying surface consists of two heat zones.
