The Bertos G7F4B gas 4-burner stove is a type of professional kitchen equipment that has proven itself in operation at catering establishments with heavy loads and a significant influx of visitors. At the same time, the Bertos G7F4B is a fairly compact tabletop model. The stove is made mainly of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the grates are made of cast iron. The design of the grates has an original solution that allows you to easily move the dishes along the work surface. For ease of cleaning, the stove is equipped with special high rounded sides that serve both to remove dirt and to protect workers from splashes of boiling oil and fat. Special protective devices for this stove are a thermocouple and a shut-off valve. The Bertos G7F4B model is equipped with four cast iron burners with different power for each pair (3.5 and 7 kW, respectively).
