The Bertos G9F6 + FE gas 6-burner stove with an electric oven occupies a prominent place among the samples of professional kitchen equipment from leading European manufacturers. Made of stainless steel with European sanitary and hygienic certification (AISI 304), the Bertos G9F6 + FE stove is equipped with a powerful multifunctional electric oven, equipped with four GN2/1 baking trays. The model has a strong grill grate made of thickened cast iron, allowing easy cleaning and cleaning of the equipment from grease deposits and dirt. High sides protect kitchen workers from splashes of grease and liquids from the hob. The stove is equipped with 6 burners (nickel-plated cast iron) with a pilot flame, the power of which is 3x3.5 kW, 1x6 kW, 2x9 kW. There is a gas control system, as well as the usual for such samples of kitchen equipment protective devices thermocouple and signal light. The legs of the stove are height-adjustable. Ignition is carried out by means of a piezoelectric device. The working and internal surfaces, front and side panels are made of stainless steel 304. Cast iron burners - 80 mm with adjustment up to 3.5 kW, and 108 mm with adjustment up to 7 kW and 130 mm with adjustment up to 12 kW. Gas consumption - 4.2 m3 /h
