The Bertos G9F8 + 2FG 8-burner gas stove with oven (7.8 kW) is equipped with two powerful 4xGN2/1 ovens (7.8 + 7.8 kW). This model is a real decoration of the kitchen equipment set of any large catering establishment in Europe. In addition to the main design feature indicated, the Bertos G9F8 + 2FG has a full set of characteristic advantages of the brand's products, such as a variety of functional capabilities, reliability in operation, external elegance and high performance. 8 burners made of nickel-plated cast iron with a capacity of 4x3.5 kW, 2x6 kW, 2x9 kW, are equipped with a pilot flame and are ignited by piezoelectric elements, the fire is adjusted using a thermostat at a temperature range from 160 to 260 ° C. The design of the removable containers ensures the speed and ease of servicing the model. Splashes of boiling oil and fat are collected in a special splash guard. Safe operation of the Bertos G9F8 + 2FG stove is guaranteed by thermocouple and light signal devices. The working and internal surfaces, front and side panels are made of stainless steel 304. Cast iron burners - 80 mm with regulation up to 3.5 kW, and 108 mm with regulation up to 7 kW and 130 mm with regulation up to 12 kW. Safety valve on the thermocouple and protected pilot flame.
