The 1-burner gas stove with oven (7.5 kW) Bertos G9TP + FG is a type of compact professional equipment used for cooking all kinds of dishes. It has a large continuous smooth work surface, allowing you to cook in any shape and largest capacity cookware. Heat is distributed differentially over the surface of the stove thanks to the special design of the gas burner with optimized combustion and the use of heat-insulating refractory material for the interior trim. The stove power is 13 kW. Bertos G9TP + FG has another advantageous feature - omnivorousness in relation to the type of gas consumed: G30 / G31, G20, G25. A piezoelectric device is used for ignition. Operation is controlled by gas control, as well as a thermocouple with a light indicator.
