Description

The Fimar B/115 lava stone grill allows you to cook meat, fish and vegetable dishes. Its technology is based on the features of the lava stone, which allow you to maintain a high grill temperature for a long time with uniform heat distribution and fat absorption, preserving the juiciness and aroma of meat and fish. The grill with piezoelectric ignition is made of stainless steel. It has 8 independent gas burners and consumes 1.5 kg/h of gas. The burners are made of chromed steel and equipped with a steel protector. The Fimar B/115 grill model is equipped with six grates with dimensions of 960x540 mm. Cast iron grates, adjustable in height, are installed in an inclined position, allowing fat to drain into a special container. Fish is cooked on one side of the grate, and meat on the other. The grill body is equipped with double casing to prevent its outer surface from heating up.
