Description
The STAFF BTM 5A hard ice cream freezer is used to make hard ice cream, sorbets, granita in cafes, bars, restaurants, hotels, fast food establishments, snack bars, summer (stationary and mobile) street sales points. Ice cream produced on a batch freezer has a creamy structure and is superior in taste to ice cream obtained on conventional freezers. Control panel with a timer. Setting the volume of each batch.
