The Nemox 4Magic PRO 100 ice cream display case is a unique glass ice cream storage chamber designed for restaurants and bars. Maintains the ideal temperature in ice cream, ice cream yogurt, sorbetti. The 4Magic PRO100 can be used together with any professional NEMOX freezer, thus creating a NEMOX ice cream parlor system. You can prepare ice cream or sorbetti, store and serve it like in a real ice cream parlor. All in one small space!
The chamber is made of stainless steel. Excellent ice cream storage is guaranteed by its double wall with class A insulation. The lid is made of a double wall, connecting the tempered glass lid and the second wall of polycarbonate with an air gap and air insulation. This technical solution provides perfect transparency in the cup area, allowing you to observe the ice cream storage process. The temperature in the chamber does not change due to the air flow coming from the impeller. To avoid cold loss, the air flow is automatically interrupted when the lid is opened. Electronic programming, equipped with a display, allows you to set the desired storage temperature range and the temperature at which an alarm signal is triggered in the event of equipment failure.
