The Bertos G9CP80 gas pasta cooker is designed for maximum speedy preparation of large volumes of pasta, vegetables, rice, eggs and other dishes. Thanks to the fast boiling of water in this pasta cooker, you will be able to please your establishment's visitors with delicious dishes twice as fast! The Bertos G9CP80 model is made of stainless steel, is located on a closed base and is equipped with two GN 2/1 containers, with a volume of 40 liters each. The containers can be single or double and are equipped with a cleaning system that allows you to remove starch residues that inevitably arise when cooking pasta and macaroni. To install capacious large baskets in the baths, there is a false bottom made of stainless steel. Also in the Bertos G9CP80 pasta cooker you will find a piezoelectric ignition, a pilot flame and a safety valve with a thermocouple.
