Description

The Bottene PM50 fresh pasta maker has a large mixing tank that can handle 3.5 kg of flour, which, when combined with liquid, provides up to 5 kg of finished pasta per cycle. High productivity – 12-13 kg of pasta per hour – makes this model indispensable in intensive production conditions. The body, tank and mixer are made of stainless steel, which guarantees durability and hygiene. The auger and mixer are easily removed, simplifying the cleaning process. The kit includes 4 attachments (No. 2 -1.5 mm, No. 20-7.0 mm, No. 36- 7.5 mm) for creating a variety of pasta formats, including lasagne, as well as an automatic rotating knife for short pasta. The machine is completely safe to use, meets CE standards and does not require complex maintenance - regular cleaning is enough. For convenience, the kit includes a brush, spatula, key for the stamp nut, a container for liquid and detailed instructions. To expand the functionality, you can additionally purchase a stand with or without a fan, as well as additional attachments.
