The Sigma FB 3-700 baguette moulding machine is designed specifically for moulding dough pieces. The moulding machine moulds dough for French baguettes, loaves and croissants, ciabatta, grain buns, rolls, etc. It is ideal for work in canteens, shops, cafes, restaurants and small bakeries! The machines are designed for moulding baguettes weighing from 100 to 1200 grams, up to 70 cm long. The body is made of stainless steel. Rollers are made of plastic that is safe for life and health.
