The Italgi Rigoletto electric pasta station is equipment for professional kitchens that require fast and high-quality pasta preparation. Equipped with 4 baskets with automatic lifts and timers, it provides precise control of the cooking process, allowing you to achieve the perfect result every time. The basket sizes (11.5 x 11.5 x 17.5 cm) are suitable for portioned cooking, and the spacious bain-maries are designed to accommodate up to 15 GN1/6-150 mm gastronorm containers (gastronorm containers are purchased separately). Intuitive electronic control panel, height-adjustable legs and drain tap make operation as convenient as possible. The body is made of high-quality AISI304 stainless steel.
