The ItPizza MS1 pizza oven combines style and functionality. The stainless steel front panel and painted steel body not only give the oven an elegant look, but also ensure durability and ease of maintenance. Heat-resistant glass door and internal lighting allow you to control the baking process without having to open the chamber. The oven is equipped with two groups of heating elements (upper and lower), which can be adjusted independently of each other, which allows you to achieve the perfect result when cooking pizza with a diameter of 32 cm. The baking surface is made of fireclay, which evenly distributes heat, ensuring a perfectly baked crust. In addition to pizza, this oven can be used to cook various dishes that do not require steam moistening, such as focaccia, grissini and a variety of desserts, including crème caramel and semi-finished biscuit products. The baking chamber size is 410x360x90 mm, which allows you to bake one pizza at a time, and its compact dimensions for transportation (670x600x410 mm) make ItPizza MS1 easy to install and operate in any room.Specification
