The oven is equipped with a powerful steam device with a programmable timer, which guarantees the optimal amount of steam even under intensive use. The special design of the heat exchanger and the low air circulation speed contribute to stable baking and minimal energy consumption. The oven can be supplied with gas, diesel burners, as well as pellets, upon request, which makes this oven an economical and flexible solution for any production.
