Rotary oven Logiudice Forni JUNIOR LFRME 12. Compactness, economy, energy consumption, quality and reliability - all these characteristics apply to the ovens of the JUNIOR series. Thanks to its modern design, this oven will organically fit into the interior of the baking area of your sales area or in production conditions. The door with double glass allows you to observe and control the baking process. Reliable thermal insulation ensures economical power consumption of 19.0 kW when loading 12 baking trays, 600 mm long and 400 mm wide, as well as other sizes.
High productivity is achieved by using 500x700mm baking trays. You can also use trolleys with baking trays even 400x800mm. The oven design provides for a powerful steam generator, and the standard package includes an exhaust visor. Baking trays: 12 (400x600mm, 460x660mm, 460x760mm, 500x700mm, 400x800mm).
