Description
The Bertos G7F2B 2-burner gas stove is a popular tabletop model of professional equipment for large kitchen production facilities. It is used in catering establishments, restaurants, cafes, etc. The design of the model provides for its operation without a base. Removable cast-iron grill grates of a special design provide reliable stable placement and movement of dishes along the hob. The stove's solenoid valve is a safety device that stops the gas supply if the flame goes out. Other devices responsible for the control and safety of the Bertos G7F2B 2-burner stove are a thermocouple, a light signal, and gas control. The stove is equipped with two high-performance burners made of nickel-plated cast iron with a capacity of 3.5 and 7 kW, the design and execution of which allows to significantly reduce gas consumption (up to about 30% per year) compared to traditional ones. The stove is ignited by a pilot flame. The model is also equipped with convenient replaceable trays for cleaning. The work surface and front panels are made of stainless steel AISI 304. High-power burners are made of nickel-plated cast iron with a double rim. The grill is made of cast iron. Gas consumption is 1.2 m3 /h.
