Description
The Bertos G9F4 + FG1 gas 4-burner stove with oven is a model designed for industrial use in large catering establishments and has a valuable distinctive feature: the stove is ideal for cooking in large-diameter pots (maximum permissible size is 35 cm). This stove is made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel. Powerful burners with a high heating rate are made of thick cast iron with a nickel-plated outer finish, which ensures their increased efficiency (up to 30% per year compared to traditional burners) and a lifetime warranty. The burner power is 2x3.5 kW, 7 and 12 kW. The working surface of the Bertos G9F4 + FG1 stove is covered with a removable cast iron grate, which ensures easy cleaning of the equipment from food residues, fat and liquid. The FG1 oven has 4 levels of guides, its burners are provided with a self-stabilizing flame and the ability to adjust the heating from 160 to 2600 °C. Gas consumption is 3.1 m3 /h.
