Description
The proofing cabinet Tecnoeka EKL 1264 of the Evolution series is designed for proofing and restoring the structure of dough and dough pieces and is used in catering establishments, as well as in production workshops whose activities are related to the production of gastronomic goods.
The improved electronic Touch control panel allows for easy adjustment of the device. Internal lighting and double heat-resistant glass in the hinged door make it possible to observe the proofing process without having to open the door of the device.
