The IL MAGNIFICO meat aging cabinet is the new Criocabin display cabinet, which represents an innovative design and technology of refrigerated counters using a front glass made of thermal panel with a display opening, an internal low-e glass, height- and tilt-adjustable refrigerated glass shelves, cryo-insulated lighting and a counter. Noble argon gas is used for perfect insulation, and a cataphoresis-treated evaporator is used for cooling. Thanks to the Wow Remote technology, these refrigerated counters can be connected, controlled remotely and receive diagnostics and notifications, maximizing working time and (thus) leaving the butcher's time for other activities. It is an ideal option for delicatessen markets, steak houses, as well as premium restaurants.
