Description
The Bassanina FR MINI E 46.10 rotary oven is a compact oven with a fairly high productivity. Recommended for bakeries and pastry shops. This oven is equipped with 10 levels for 60 x 40 cm baking trays and a proofing cabinet with independent control for 12 levels with a distance of 90 mm between them. The body of the rotary oven and proofing chamber is completely made of stainless steel inside and outside. The door is equipped with double glass for easy observation of the baking process. The built-in steam generator has high power, is easy to remove and clean. Mineral wool is used to insulate the cross panels. The heating elements are reinforced. Hot air circulates evenly inside the baking chamber, providing ideal conditions for baking. The oven is capable of baking various types of bakery products.
