The electric rotary oven Continental Forni CR1 with a hook is designed for the production of any type of bread and pastry. The oven is reliable, made of high-quality materials and will last a long time. The rear burner allows you to save space. The capacity of the oven is 1 trolley sized for a baking tray of 40x60 cm or 50x70 cm on 15/16 levels. Baking occurs uniformly on each baking tray of the trolley, in all its parts. A specially designed side cavity ensures the correct air flow. A powerful steam generator located inside the chamber occupies the entire wall along the entire height and guarantees abundant steam production even during a continuous working cycle, fast recovery time and uniform distribution of steam occurs throughout the trolley. Optionally, an oven with a platform can be manufactured. Also, upon request, the oven can be supplied with a gas or pellet power source.
