Description

The Continental Forni CR2 electric rotary oven with a hook is designed for the professional production of bread and pastry of any kind. Thanks to its robust construction made of high-quality materials, it is reliable and durable. A special feature of this model is the rear burner location, which allows you to save space in the enterprise. The oven is designed for 1 trolley with 60x80 cm or 45x75 cm baking trays, and has 18/20 levels for baking. It ensures uniform baking at all levels and in any part of the trolley thanks to a specially designed side cavity that guarantees the correct distribution of air flows. A powerful steam generator installed inside the chamber occupies the entire wall in height and ensures abundant steam production, which is especially important during continuous operation. Steam is quickly restored and evenly distributed throughout the trolley, guaranteeing excellent baking quality. Optionally, you can order an oven with a platform, as well as with different power sources, including gas or pellets. For more convenient control, you can order an oven with a touch panel.
