Description
Rotary oven Logiudice Forni VORTEX LFRNPE 80100. Baking of products in the VORTEX oven occurs according to the classic baking scheme in rotary ovens. Products after the molding stages and, if necessary, final proofing on a trolley are placed in the baking chamber. The trolley with products rotates around its axis and is blown with streams of heated air. The oven design provides for uniform distribution of temperature and steam, which ultimately provides products with uniform coloring, attractive appearance, uniform porosity and volume.
