Description
The Mondial Forni Basic 2.0 Active 6080/E rotary oven with a rotating trolley is made of AISI 430 stainless steel, including an exhaust hood. Maximum baking temperature is 300 C. Oven capacity: one trolley for baking trays measuring 450x750 mm or 600x800 mm. Single-glass door, i-BAS electronic control system, manual steam release valve, standard steam exhaust fan, steam generator. Baking surface – 7.2 m2.
