Meat tenderizer Stalgast (Poland) 247514 is ideal for mechanical processing of meat products. Blades in two rows are made of stainless steel. The number of blades is 45 pieces. This is a modern and effective tool for improving the texture of meat, perfectly softens meat. The time of meat processing, as well as its frying, baking or barbecue, is significantly reduced. During frying, small holes allow sauces to penetrate deeper into the fibers. The tenderizer can be washed in the dishwasher.
