Description

The Mecnosud BR40D two-handed dough mixer is a high-tech machine, ideal for professional use in pastry shops, bakeries and pizzerias. The kneading levers and bowl are made of durable AISI 304 stainless steel, which makes the device not only durable, but also hygienic. To prevent flour from spilling, the bowl is equipped with a closed lid made of durable transparent plastic. This dough mixer is equipped with a timer and a function for adjusting the height of the right lever, which allows you to knead special types of dough, such as panettone.
