Such defrosting occurs faster, therefore, the product temperature fluctuations are smaller than when using electric defrosting. The ISA Isabella ice cream display case has two evaporators, providing a more uniform distribution of cold in the working area, and an electronic control panel. The display case can be used either with 4.75 l gastronorm containers (a special support frame is required) or with 5 l gastronorm containers, which can be located in two levels. There are three versions of the standard sticker on the front panel. Two types of this model, ISABELLA 140 LX and ISABELLA 180 LX, approximately correspond in capacity to the ISETTA 9R and ISETTA 12R models and are available only with a curved front glass.
