Description
La Minerva C/E MBF is an automatic meatball forming machine designed for use in a variety of applications, including canteens, catering establishments, food processing centers and more. Connected to a line with a cutlet machine, it ensures fast and efficient processing of cylindrical portions into round meatballs. The unloading conveyor belt with adjustable height ensures convenient movement of meatballs onto trays or other equipment for further processing, and its easily removable design allows for effortless cleaning. Various meatball molds are available upon request, as well as systems for connecting to other brands of cutlet machines. The machine is made of stainless steel, which ensures reliability and hygiene of the process, and the NVR device and CE version guarantee safe operation. Meatball dimensions: minimum diameter 28 mm, maximum 39 mm. For full functionality, it is recommended to use in combination with a special length conveyor for a hamburger machine. The following accessories are available for an additional fee: a speed variator and various cylinders for forming different shapes of meatballs. Ask the managers for prices.Specification
