Description
The baguette moulding machine FA 2003 TS Mecnosud (Italy) is designed to produce blanks for baguettes, loaves, braids, croissants, hot dogs, and other cylindrical dough blanks, dough ropes. Rolling of the round dough blank is carried out using 3 cylinders, and felt conveyor belts moving in different directions at different speeds form a rope-shaped blank. The width of the conveyor belts is 800 mm. The system of forming with the help of a belt. The maximum length of the blank is 70 cm.
