Bassanina Rotor ovens are designed for baking a wide range of small and medium-sized bakery and confectionery products. All Bassanina ovens are made of high-strength stainless steel. The electromechanical control panel of the Rotor ovens ensures simplicity and convenience of the baking process. The heating element group in the ROTOR series ovens is located behind the rear wall of the baking chamber, which characterizes their overall dimensions: small at the front, but quite deep. The oven is equipped with a large viewing window, illuminated by two lamps. The Bassanina Rotor 68 rotary oven (with a pellet platform) is an oven with forced air circulation. Rotor is a rear oven with a rear burner and a heat exchanger to reduce overall dimensions. Its versatility makes it suitable for several types of bread and confectionery, both small and medium in size. Balanced hot air combined with rack rotation and controlled steam supply ensures constant uniform baking, promoting the rise and aroma of the product. Perfectly stable baking allows you to get voluminous and soft bread of any shape and type. Air is directed into the baking chamber through special air ducts and a series of inlets with adjustable dampers, ensuring the absorption of heat from the heat exchanger. The air is heated in a proper heat exchanger equipped with a heat-resistant surface that ensures a large thermal exchange. Low air circulation speed and a special heat exchanger system guarantee baking stability and reduced consumption. Advanced technology, quality materials and high thermal efficiency ensure uniform baking and low energy consumption. Bassanina Rotor 68 rotary oven (with pellet platform) is made of stainless steel with a modular design that reduces installation time and provides increased protection and durability from thermal expansion of the structure that occurs during operation.
The special structure and combination of components minimize heat loss and optimize energy consumption. The result is maximum fuel savings for a more economical project. The Rotor 68 oven by Bassanina has perfect thermal insulation, where no toxic materials are used. A powerful steam device inside the baking chamber, which operates through a programmable timer system, provides sufficient steam for the most demanding applications, even during continuous operation. The oven can operate with gas or diesel burners, or with electrical energy. In addition, it is available in two versions: with a mechanical or with a digital programmable panel. Power supply is three-phase + neutral 230V or 400V, with a frequency of 50 or 60 Hz. Special power on request.
