Description
The Fimar CRP crepe maker is a classic example of professional equipment for frying pancakes, indispensable in restaurants, cafes and bars. This compact model is made of high-quality food grade stainless steel AISI 304. One cast iron frying surface with a diameter of 350 mm with a special sandblasted coating allows you to quickly bake pancakes, spending from 1 to 3 minutes on one high-quality product with significant savings in fat. The surface is quickly and evenly heated by a thermostat to the required temperature. Special notches on the frying surface do not allow the pancake to slide on it. The power consumed by the Fimar CRP crepe maker is 2000 W. The equipment is supplied with a ladle for liquid dough and a spatula for turning pancakes. The model is equipped with height-adjustable support screws.
