Description
The Fimar CRP2 pancake maker is designed for quick baking of traditional Russian round pancakes and is a popular model of professional kitchen equipment from a well-known Italian brand. This special pancake frying pan is made of high-quality sandblasted cast iron. The surface coating ensures maximum economy of pancake preparation without loss of quality of their frying. Notches applied to the frying surface prevent the pancake blank from sliding. The Fimar CRP2 model is made on two posts (working platforms) with a diameter of 350 mm each. The frame is made of food-grade stainless steel. The legs of the pancake maker can be adjusted in height. Heating of the frying surfaces occurs quickly and evenly within the range from 0 to 300 degrees Celsius, while each of the surfaces works autonomously and is controlled by a manual thermostat.
