Description
The electric floor frying surface Bertos E6FM6M-2 is made on an open base and equipped with a steel frying panel with high-performance steel heating elements. With two cooking zones independent of each other and equipped with separate thermostats and drives, this frying surface meets all the requirements for food equipment. One cooking zone has a ribbed surface, the second is smooth. The heating temperature of each of them is regulated by thermostats with on/off light indicators. The operating temperature range is 50-300 C. The design of the Bertos E6FM6M-2 model is designed in such a way as to make cleaning the work surfaces as easy as possible. A channel is provided for draining fatty waste, which can be closed with a Teflon temperature-resistant plug if necessary. The drain gutter leads to a removable sealed container. There are also splash-proof sides.
