Description
The Kogast EZ-40R ribbed electric frying surface for frying portioned semi-finished products - meat, fish, vegetables and seafood - is made of gray cast iron.
The frying surface is equipped with a gutter for draining excess fat from the work surface and a special edge to prevent splashing of fat and food juice during cooking.
The thermostat provides temperature regulation of the working surface heating. Thermal fuses prevent overheating of the frying surface. The working surface is heated by electric heaters located under the working plate.
The edge of the frying surface and the fat drain pans are made of AiSi 304 stainless steel.
The frame of the frying surface is made of stainless steel AiSi 304, resistant to external chemical influences.
