The Fimar FRY2/L electric frying surface is an impressive model that can provide the operation of a large catering establishment. Made entirely of reliable stainless steel, unpretentious in maintenance and simple in operation, this model will become your assistant for many years. The Fimar FRY2/L frying surface has two working zones with a smooth surface, each of which is switched on independently of the other and has its own temperature control. Heating of the working surface is possible in the range of 50-300 °C. The burner is made of stainless steel, subjected to sandblasting. Along the perimeter of the frying surface there are sides, in its lower part there is a removable grease collector. With the help of the Fimar FRY2/L frying surface you can cook fish, meat and vegetables without adding oil, directly on the surface. Ideal for making omelets and fried eggs. Having equipped the heating shop with this equipment, you can replace a dozen small models of kitchen appliances.
