Description
The electric 6-burner stove Bertos E7PQ6M is made on an open base of high-quality and safe stainless steel AISI 304 (front panels and one-piece stamped work surface). It has 6 round or square burners with overall dimensions of 220x220 mm, made of cast iron with a protective thermostat and a power of 6x2.6 kW. The 6-position switch regulates the voltage of each of the six concentric power zones, providing economical energy consumption. The Bertos E7PQ6M stove is equipped with two voltage indicators and equipment operation control. The design of the model ensures the effectiveness of sanitary and preventive measures related to the removal of dirt and repair. This is achieved through the use of removable containers for collecting waste and draining liquid from the work surface, as well as a special splash guard made of stainless steel at the top of the stove, which prevents splashing of hot fat and oil.
