The Bertos G6FL3B tabletop gas frying surface is compact, as it is produced without a base, and can be installed on any table, without taking up much space in the kitchen. With the help of high-performance tubular burners, the heat is distributed uniformly over the entire surface. A rubber-protected piezoelectric element is used for ignition. The working surface in the Bertos G6FL3B model is smooth, located at an angle and equipped with a drain hole. When cooking with fat or oil, the hole can be closed with a Teflon heat-resistant plug. When the plug is open, the oil drains into a sealed removable tray, and the sides around the perimeter of the working area protect against splashing fat. The safety of using the Bertos G6FL3B frying surface is ensured by a control flame and a thermoelement with a gas supply shut-off system. With this model, it is possible to cook up to 90 portions per hour, it is productive and easy to maintain.
