Description

Freezer is a small ice cream factory, equipment ideally suited for street trade. The Gel-Matic EXCEL 500 PM model features simple and convenient electronic control. It is equipped with a screw jamming system. A high-precision thermostat is used to maintain a stable temperature of the finished ice cream from the working cylinder. The device uses an air cooling system.

After pouring the ready mixture into the pre-cooling container, a series of preparatory processes take place until the creamy consistency is obtained by solidification. With the help of a high-precision temperature control system, the seller-operator monitors the preparation process. This entire stage is designed for 10-20 minutes. Then the prepared ice cream comes out through the dispensing valve when a special lever is pressed. After that, with the help of simple circular movements, the seller gives it a characteristic shape, adds toppings, syrup and fillings - chocolate and nut crumbs.

The freezer is made of stainless steel on a welded frame - this is durable and reliable equipment. The main working parts and containers of the freezer are made of the same material, which greatly simplifies its operation and maintenance.
