Atmospheric conditions influence the exhaust hood, which has a negative impact on the quality of the baked goods. With the optional dynamic air exhaust flap control, the MIWE condo becomes resistant to atmospheric conditions. It makes the result independent of weather-related air pressure fluctuations, thereby significantly increasing the uniformity of the baked goods. In addition, it improves the quality of many products: for example, buns have a more intense shine and a beautiful crust break along the cut.

The MIWE condo oven floor is lined with durable stone slabs. This allows the desired temperature regime to be created. The baker's work can be made much easier: loading and unloading the floor, including the upper floor, is done with one hand movement thanks to the integrated loader. For loading, the puller can be fixed at an ergonomically convenient height.
When not in operation, the forklift is positioned at a height higher than human height - outside the working area. It does not create any obstacles in front of the oven and does not interfere with baking or cleaning. If maintenance is required, the baking oven can be pulled forward.
The loader has a mechanical operating principle (with counterweights in the racks) - that is, it is extremely reliable and simple. Its positions exactly match each pod. The door is opened manually or by means of a bracket on the loader. It is supplied for almost all types and configurations of MIWE condo (single or double width).
