Rotary oven Continental Forni MEDIO Industria series with front burner and innovative dual air flow system, this electric oven ensures uniform baking of each product, regardless of the trolley load. Pre-assembled and welded construction guarantees durability, no leaks and easy installation even in limited space. The oven is made of high-strength refractory steel AISI 310S, which is resistant to extreme temperatures, and a powerful steam generator ensures the perfect texture and golden crust of finished products. The door with double glass and adjustable steel handle guarantees safety and ease of use. With a capacity of one trolley for baking trays measuring 45x75 cm or 60x80 cm on 18/20 levels, the Continental Forni MEDIO oven will become an indispensable tool for achieving the highest quality baking. Optionally, it is possible to manufacture an oven with a platform. Also, on request, the oven can be with a gas or pellet power source.
