Description

The Mondial Forni 4T60/80 electric deck oven consists of independent chambers with a standard working height of 230 mm (can be 180 mm on request), which can be placed on top of each other, thus forming a single working unit for baking. The independence of the chambers makes it possible to use them at different temperatures for simultaneous baking of various products. It is recommended to use the ovens of the "Module" series in confectionery shops, bakeries, pizzerias, shopping centers, hotels, restaurants, canteens, i.e. in those places where it is necessary to bake, keep warm, and reheat products.
