A powerful steam generator installed inside the chamber ensures abundant steam production, occupying the entire wall in height. This feature is especially important for continuous operation, since the steam is quickly restored and evenly distributed throughout the trolley, guaranteeing excellent baking quality. Additional options on request include an oven platform and various power sources, such as gas or pellets. For more convenient control, the oven can be ordered with a touch panel.
