The moisture-containing system at the start of the baking process promotes the development of an ideal texture and browning, and a powerful steam generator, working in tandem with the heat exchanger, ensures stable steam production and its uniform distribution. The well-thought-out design allows for quick and easy maintenance of all elements, and the pre-assembled and welded structure ensures strength and durability, allowing the oven to be installed between three walls or in series with other ovens without losing useful space. Possible tray sizes are 80x80, 80x100, 60x100 cm. Optionally, it is possible to manufacture an oven with a platform. Also, upon request, the oven can be supplied with a gas or pellet power source.
