Rotary oven Forni Fiorini ROTOR The rotary oven is suitable for baking all types of bakery and confectionery products. Modern design, stainless steel design, convenient control, ease of maintenance and operation, uniform and high-quality baking are the main advantages of this equipment. High productivity is achieved by using baking sheets measuring 600 mm by 800 mm. The number of baking sheets may vary depending on the type of baked goods and customer wishes from 10 to 18 pcs on one trolley, the distance between the baking sheets, respectively, depends on their number. The standard package includes an exhaust visor, a powerful steam generator, a hook trolley mount, a door with double glass. Additional options include a programmable control panel, a fan speed variator, a platform. When installing the oven in production, the overall height of the oven should be taken into account - 2610 mm and a weight of 1600 kg. The distance between the baking sheets is from 86.5 to 156 mm.
